Set Up the Environment

mkdir -p ${MASTERDIR}

DeBootstrap

debootstrap --arch ${ARCH} ${DEBIAN_RELEASE} ${SOURCEDIR} ${DEBIAN_MIRROR}
cp /etc/resolv.conf ${SOURCEDIR}/etc/.

Now Chroot and set up environment
